NEET photo and signature resizer
Every NEET upload in the KB range NTA accepts: passport photo, postcard photo, signature and thumb impression.

All files are JPG. Guides to the NEET form disagree on the exact pixel dimensions, so this tool keeps the standard passport and postcard shapes and focuses on the KB range, which is what the upload checks.
Use the same recent photo for both the passport and postcard sizes, and keep a printed copy: you need it again at the exam centre.
These sizes come from recent notifications and can change from one year to the next. Before you upload, compare them with the photo and signature section of your exam's official notification, and use Change size or format to adjust if it differs.

Is it safe?
Yes. Your photo and signature are processed by your own browser and never uploaded to a server, so nobody else can see them. Saving a new copy also removes hidden camera data, such as the GPS location where the photo was taken.
