Bank exam forms
IBPS photo, signature, thumb and declaration resizer
All four IBPS uploads at the right pixel size and KB range, for PO, Clerk, RRB and SO forms.
What IBPS asks for
| File | Size in pixels | File size |
|---|---|---|
| Photo | 200 × 230 (about 3.5 × 4.5 cm) | 20–50 KB |
| Signature | 140 × 60 (about 3.5 × 1.5 cm) | 10–20 KB |
| Left thumb impression | 240 × 240 (3 × 3 cm, 200 DPI) | 20–50 KB |
| Handwritten declaration | 800 × 400 (10 × 5 cm) | 50–100 KB |
All four must be JPG files. IBPS's system rejects files outside these ranges automatically, so a file that is too small is just as much a problem as one that is too big. This tool always lands inside the range.
Tips for each upload
- Thumb impression: press firmly but don't smudge. Photograph it from directly above and zoom in so the print fills the square.
- Declaration: write the exact text from the notification on white paper. Keep the whole text inside the frame; the tool crops it to a 2:1 rectangle.
- Signature: the cleaned-up version keeps it sharp at 140 × 60 px.
These sizes come from recent notifications and can change from one year to the next. Before you upload, compare them with the photo and signature section of your exam's official notification, and use Change size or format to adjust if it differs.

- Compress to 20–50 KB
- Compress to 10–20 KB
Is it safe?
Yes. Your photo and signature are processed by your own browser and never uploaded to a server, so nobody else can see them. Saving a new copy also removes hidden camera data, such as the GPS location where the photo was taken.
