Crop an image to a square

Choose a photo and drag it to pick what stays inside the square.

A square crop is ideal for profile pictures, app icons, product photos and Instagram. If you'd rather keep the whole photo, resize it to 1080 × 1080 and choose Fit inside and add a border.

Is it safe?

Yes. The photo is opened and resized by your own browser. It is never uploaded to a server, so nobody else can see it, and it works even if you go offline after the page has loaded. Saving a new copy also removes hidden camera data (EXIF), such as the GPS location where the photo was taken.
